Για χρήση στο σώμα: Κάντε απαλό μασάζ σε όλο το σώμα σε στεγνό ή υγρό δέρμα. Για χρήση στα μαλλιά: Κάνετε μασάζ σε στεγνά ή νωπά μαλλιά, αφήστε το για 15-20 λεπτά, προχωρήστε στο λούσιμο και στη συνέχεια ξεβγάλτε. Εναλλακτικά, εφαρμόστε μικρή ποσότητα στις άκρες των μαλλιών μετά το λούσιμο. Δε χρειάζεται ξέβγαλμα σε αυτή την περίπτωση.
