We understand how important personal data is. For your security, when placing an order at zahara.gr, we encrypt your information with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Until today, this is the most advanced consumer internet security technology.

Orders of Zahara are sent exclusively on working days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays and depending on the availability of products. The processing of the orders is done on the same day, if you make them until 1 pm. Orders with simple shipment are delivered between 1-3 working days. Free shipping on purchases over 39€. For purchases under 39€ shipping cost is 2,50€. The shipping cost for the simple delivery is 2,5€. In case you choose to pay by cash on delivery you will have an additional cost of 1,5€. For more information on shipping costs visit Shipping Information.

To see the status of your order you can log in to your Account or check the message sent to you through the partner courier company.

In case you are not completely satisfied with the product or the whole of your order, we are happy to offer you a return & product changes within 14 days from the date you received them, following the procedure below. Note that for reasons of hygiene, products such as Mascara, Lipstick-Lip Gloss, Nail polishes, as well as products with altered and/or modified packaging, are not returned.

  2. Product Status

    Put the products and the receipt – shipping note in their original packaging. Note that products must be returned in their original condition without being damaged, opened or used in any way. In case your order also contained a gift, it must also be returned to complete the refund process.

  3. Return to Courier

    Visit any ACS store that serves you, to return the your order. We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number to be secured with their shipping in case we do not receive the parcel. In case you want to return your order through non-cooperating couriers, you take responsibility for the transfer and the cost of the return.

Products whose packaging allows any form of use are not returned due to hygiene rules. These are: Foundation, Powders, Primers, Mascara, Lipstick, Lip Gloss, Nail polishes as well as products with damaged and / or modified packaging.
In case you want to return a gift, then the customer who made the purchase should follow the Returns procedure as described above.
If the return is for reasons beyond the control of ZAHARA, such as damage, defective products or delivery errors, you will need to bear the cost of the return of your order. The cost is set at 2,5€ (the amount may be modified according to the policy of the courier company).

Your refund is made up to 14 days from the moment we are notified of the return or cancellation of your order, provided that the products will be sent back packaged and unused. Refunds are made in the same way you placed your order. For credit / debit card payments the time may vary and is determined by the respective bank. For cash on delivery payments you must provide us with an electronic bank account (IBAN) to credit the corresponding amount.

To cancel your order, you can contact Customer Service at 26340-21660 within 30′ of submitting it. Alternatively you can send an e-mail to care@zahara.gr, indicating in the subject “Order Cancellation” and the order code. Modifications to orders already submitted are not possible. You will need to cancel your original order and create a new one.

In case you received the wrong product(s), contact Customer Service at 26340-21660 (Monday – Friday 9 am-5pm) for help. Alternatively you can send an e-mail to care@zahara.gr

If you notice damage and / or a defect in the product(s) you received you can photograph them and send them to the e-mail care@zahara.gr to verify from our warehouse the original condition that was when we sent them to you. Specifically in case of damage to the product itself, contact us as soon as possible. Be aware that sometimes it is normal due to the transport to have minor damage to product packaging or to the packaging of courier companies.
