Product returns
In case you are not completely satisfied with the product or the whole of your order, we are happy to offer you a return & amp; product changes within 14 days from the date you received them, following the procedure below.
Put the products and the receipt – shipping note in their original packaging. Note that products must be returned in their original condition without being damaged, opened or used in any way. In case your order also contained a gift, it must also be returned to complete the refund process.
Visit any ACS store that serves you, to return the your order. We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number to be secured with their shipping in case we do not receive the parcel. In case you want to return your order through non-cooperating couriers, you take responsibility for the transfer and the cost of the return.
