Order Status

From the moment you place an order on zahara.gr you will be informed of its status via e-mail. You can also access this information from your Account. In case you are not a registered user, you can log in as a guest to see the status of your order.

Separate Orders

It is possible to receive your order from two different sorting points. In this case we will inform you via e-mail which products you will receive in each shipment.

Order Processing

If you place your order before 1pm, we will process it on the same day. In case your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, its processing will take place the next working day.

Order Cancellations

It is possible for an order or part of an order to be canceled by us for various reasons such as:

  • The shipping address is not verified
  • There is no availability in one or more products of your choice
  • We have difficulty completing your payment

We reserve the right not to send any order if we deem it appropriate. In any case you will be informed by the Customer Service Department. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to call us at (+30) 26340-21660 within 30 ‘of its completion.
